I did not understand clearly what u asking, but before submission of IPC you should submit SPS 90 % of work done bill . Before SPS 1st time you have to submit and finalize scope and pro rata of rate calculation as per Payment etc.. schedule

@@AravindKumar-l4e3b please read your agreement properly what is base date mentioned in your agreement. It may be in clause 19 of your agreement. If this is about current indices/index then see what was said by your agreement . If three month prior to the execution month then follow as " If work done on November then indices taken of August" . Please share the condition of your agreement for more correct answer.

Sir for us drains given under other works in our agreement , but for calculation where we consider drains in (culverts and other structures )or (earthwork or other works)
