To make PAX fall you need to wait for him to stomp. Hit the leg still on the ground and it will throw his balance off.

gamejestor wait for the 3 leg stomp and on 2nd stomp hit leg that is supporting him way easier then dealing with 3 volleys as potential mistakes and prolong the fiht longer than you need

Here isn't always a 2nd or 3rd stomp. Best way I had was switching my legs to Lynx to help with stamina and at least a medium speed weapon. All it took for a medium impact weapon was one hit. Haven't tried other weapons.

The credentials for the 2nd boss is: "cut off all arms" before killing it, for the third its "dont cut any of the four arms, go straight for body", for the fourth boss it is: make his Robot shoot the two white rocket fuel tank thingies AND cut off his arm, then you get the whole Black Cerberus Set + the v2 Weapon. I haven't advanced further yet and I only figured the v2 weapon out shortly before the third boss. But holy hell, the difference for elemental damage is immense on the Staff you get from Big Sister 1/3. It constantly sets enemies on fire with the thrust attack.

all you have to do is smack the unarmored leg that is on the ground when he goes for a stomp, the second you see him lift a leg strike the other, if you want to encourage him to raise a leg, try getting behind the one you want him to lift, then switch target to the other one and strike it

The special moves is counter after block. The seismic slam on the ground, chef's kiss

I DIDN'T REALIZE THERE WERE ANY ROCKETS BEING FIRED! Damn!! I just did like in the amazing games he mentioned (Bloodborne, DS3, and Monster Hunter World {Bloodborne obviously the best of mentioned games}) and stayed on his ass. Its a good thing THERES LIKE NO DIFFERENCE IN THIS WEAPON or I woulda restarted the game. =)

I got this weapon on accident... I didn't even try to use his rockets against him :P I'm such a loser... but at least I got that cool Imperator v2 weapon.

I didnt know anything about the rockets and this is exactly how i killed him out of ignorance and I only got the normal PAX weapon

pax 2.0 does have an extra move, it's the seismic slam. the normal version doesn't have this combo where it creates a sort of crater on the ground.

they are both PAX 2.0, the secret version is called Imperator

the overhead strong attack is different. the weapon gets much better once you upgrade it.

I did HC on all boss, without using vital injections! Was using only voliatic injections (the one which let's you heal on energy meter) I think that's the real HC kills because you are in the same situation as boss less healing more hitting only the best survives!! P.S. the P.A.X imperator V2.0 has a special attack called seismic slam! Whenever you do a ground slam attack it releases a seismic blast around it!

I don't think it's random that he went down the second time when you attacked his second leg. I tried downing him a second time forever only attacking his left, did nothing. Then i first downed him with the left, then switched to the right, he went down immediately. Would have been good to know...

Alright this is some bollocks, I was wailing on his legs the entire time feels like and he only fell down ONCE and this is with initial Single Rigged weapon(Asterbite or something?)MK.1 and 14 Single Rigged proficiency, I was doing 35-48 damage to his legs and he only fell ONCE from that. And now I'm boned out of the P.A.X. Imperator v2, man I HATE their obsession with "kill the bosses in a certain way BUT YOU ONLY GET ONE GODDAMN SHOT TO DO IT".

I know this is super old, but when he stomps you just have to attack the grounded leg while the other is in the air. There is no wait or randomality to it as the poster of the video suggests.

Last 5 games I played we Elden Ring, then Dark Souls 1, 2 and 3 and then the Surge 2. Going back to play this steaming pile of shit of a game I can't beat this shit. Probably the worst boss I've ever played. Uninstalled the game. Glad it was only 4 dollar. Literally trash. Slow clunky garbage game where it acts like you need to be fast.
