P and O Iona conservatory mini suite room tour and review | Cabin 9516

Hi thanks for the informative video… we are thinking of booking the same cabin number. I am slightly concerned that as the cabin to the right extends out did this impact on privacy? I totally understand that the conservatory suites are all visible. I am probably being over concerned as last year we were unfortunate to have a next door cabin who took to peering around the corner constantly even though they could see we were sat out and wanted privacy. It really spoilt our holiday…. Sadly no cabin etiquette… We sailed on the Iona last March and had a deluxe room and we paid for the retreat which was really lovely but sometimes hit and miss with the weather. Hence, I was thinking as this is a just ‘cheeky’ add on March 2025 cruise in addition to what we have already booked, we might be better with a conservatory suite. I am assuming if you open the doors back you can put your chairs in the conservatory area for more privacy or if the weather is not too good? I agree with you about the curtain on the doors to the balcony. I also think it would be better if curtains or some sort of blind was added… thanks.
