I watch your videos every week. Your knowledge on boilers and fault finding is amazing. The door bell shows your human 😂. But now you know how to do it you can advise and install for future customers 👍👍

Had a wilo pump do something similar to that viessmann pump. The coil had arced across and burnt a hole through to the water side causing a slow weep. Awesome video, definitely one of the best people to watch on KZbin

The mercury switch is so cool to see, breaks the circuit as the vial tips so the hammer can reset.

Epic video as usual. The door bell was very interesting 👍 Looked like you got a bit excited with the pump washer in the boiler 💦 😂. Keep the videos coming 😉

The white Nest dongly thing, is the chime adapter. I'm pretty sure it's just got a capacitor inside, that maintains the voltage to the doorbell when the chime rings. As the mechanical chimes work by connecting and disconnecting the power briefly. The WiFi is all done via the doorbell itself. They can be a bit of a pain to setup the first time but once you have done one they are fairly straightforward.

I installed my own nest door bell and it wasn't too bad, I didn't have an existing door bell chime which is why it was easier. Picked up the transformer and box from Screwfix wired it into a plug socket by my front door and that was it. My Nest door bell came with a Google speaker which works as the door bell charm. I found a video on KZbin but I'm a fan of nest products, the door bell is much better than ring for pictures quality in low light and personally it looks better.

As always - great video. I'm pretty sure that's a weep hole on the pump leaking to show the water seal on the shaft has failed. More common on cars. I appreciate all the videos, thank you.

Love the bit about setting the mouse 🐁 taps off that’s what I’d do too 😂 And as regards the pump it drives me nuts must of fitted nearly a thousand pumps never needed them the way around they send them out of the factory wish they would alter that would save loads of time they must be a reason 🤷🏻

I went beserk when the missus tagged 2 additional cameras on to the outside cam...inside the house. If you've ever seen the movie version of George Orwell's 1984. you'll know what I mean. search telescreen 1984. I call the missus, "Big Mother".

Wow, you’ve never had to remove a manufacturer pump(if I heard you right), try working on a navein, they are just terrible combi units, hopefully they don’t start pushing to the UK!

Fwiw I'd imagine the pump head casting had warped through multiple heat cycles. Btw it wasn't your place to set of those mouse traps, mice love to eat wiring insulation so if you don't want to increase your customers risk of a house fire I suggest you myob!

Excuse me, but why did you set off that guys mouse traps?? It’s a rather odd thing to do in someone else’s house especially when you’re supposed to be a professional tradesperson. Mice can cause serious damage if not controlled, I hope you never have to suffer an infestation of them 👎
