Sir ,I would like to ask a question that I am suffering from a problem and don't know how to get rid of it ,my problem is that sometimes whenever I spit and I noticed that in my spit there is blood from my nose or somewhere else ,I visited many doctors but didn't get any relief ... Please tell me what should I do why i having this problem plz tell me....I am having problem from around 2 years....

From last one year I am having burning sensation sudden after urination, also having frequently urination, I show to dr many times they give me antibiotics, I also do urine test, ultrasound and blood CBC, urine and cbc was normal, ultrasound show 4 mm stone, I take medicine for that too, but nothing recover, then I have covid and I was admitted to hospital, and after discharge all burning was stoped at all, now again after 3 months burning sensation after urination has been start, I don't understand what to do? I drink sufficient water and fallow good hygiene, I also have habit to go gym, so I used dietary supplements, like pre workout, and whey protein with creatine manohydrate, please suggest your opinion sir,
