Tofacitinib will not cause tarry stool. You may have tarry stool if you are taking iron tablet. If you are not taking iron tablet, please see your physician/ rheumatologist asap as this suggests bleeding in the gut.

Sir , things were going good. I was taking SAAZ 1 gm twice a day with Retoz 90 SOS. During May 2021, I experienced curvical pain and 3 week after I got Uveitis AAU on left eye second time after Jan 2020. I am under supervision of eye specialist and recovering. Sir I want to know, whether the impact of SAAZ has been reduced in my body. Although my lower back pain is in good control. But neck pain is disturbing. Sir, My Rheumatologist increases Retoz 90 to 120 for 5 days and 90 to continue daily. Sir, I am doing yoga exercises daily for an hour. Now what should i do now. I am afraid of Uveitis attack.

As per ACR guidelines you can stop acenac & Ultracet 24 hours prior to vaccination & continue later. However it would be best to talk to your rheumatologist as he knows your ailment in detail.

Sir i took 2nd dose of covaxine in Feb. 2021 and after 2 days i had started swelling in 4th finger of left feet and 2nd finger of right feet. After doctor counseling, some blood test, mri and xray i had diagnosed by RA. My HLAB27 test came positive. From feb. Onwards I taking saaz, fabstat tablet, calcium for daily and d3 for once in a week. Sir please give a direction how to get permanant releaf from this pain and swelling due RA

1) Please get a definite diagnosis- is it RA or ankylosing spondylitis. Both are different types of arthritis. 2) Febustat is used in gout (arthritis associated with high uric acid). Confirm if you have it & require febustat 3) Has the joint pain/ swelling improved?

Have featured your question. Don't think of NSAID solely as a pain killer. It is an anti-inflammatory. Please consult your rheumatologist. Let him assess your AS activity, progression & then he can help you with the decision.
