I think she's nervous too and people giggle when they are made uncomfortable, sometimes especially a child cause they are just children. They usually trust adults until an adult harms them. I believe he found some parents strung out on drugs. He leaped in and paid for her probably about 1k . The parents took it and signed her over to him and they never looked back. They got paid.. period. He then used and tortured that poor girl. Then he either sold her to someone else in another country or she had her unalived because she probably tried to escape or was going to tell on him.
