Thank You Lord! Thank You Jesus! Nigeria shall rise! Africa shall rise! In Jesus name. The restoration of the PH refinery started immediately Tinubu became president last year, 2023. It was one of his initial projects and it wasn’t a rushed job. Just wondering why president Buhari abandoned it but assisted Dangote’s refinery.
