The GWR electric trains from London Paddington to Cardiff Central (via Bristol) would be quieter and cleaner for the air. The trains went past I believe were a cross country diesel train, these would be noisier.

Canaan, 你有，我家現在正考慮一new build house 喺一個大development𥚃面.。屋門前50 米倒正建造他們説是Swales(打橫從右至左橫誇半個屋苑), 上面會有草同樹，因為正在建造抓泥，我見倒小斜波遠處底部好似有類似倒三角木制橫條小堤霸底部有小圓孔，唔係好知Swales in uk，查網上資料好似同drainage丶rainwater 有關，但係都唔係好明，擔心會唔會有flooding risk 或其他問題，可唔可以幫我問吓你先生？如果方便，可以send 相比你睇🙏🙏🙏

謝謝. 這一集又学到很多東西. 即是在決定是否參加Auction 前要先找律師看文件. 我最担心的是业权的問題. 例如那個賣家是不是擁有那個物业的业权, 是Freehold, 还是Leasehold. 因一投到, 就要交易. 如果以為是Freehold, 但实际上是Leasehold, 或是Flying freehold. 那就得不償失.

成間拆左再即起刻等於全新，價錢會接近買一間全新屋，分別只係地價有唔同。如果成個工程管理得好，過程順利，成本控制得好，唔會超支，咁有可能會比同類型的全新屋平少少。但實際操作太多變數，申請手續繁覆，如果碰到不良建造商，亦有可能工程爛尾，所以只係適合在建築及工程相關的專業人仕，又或者在當地極之富有經驗的投資者。如果香港人初初去到英國，唔熟門路，不如直接向發展商買一間全新屋。
