探長張鐵柱辦案認真，與新人上司羅督察意見不合。一日張在街上發現偷車賊亞Boy形跡可疑，跟踪之後將其逮捕回警局，羅督察為求破案誣陷Boy搶劫、殺人。張不忍見Boy無辜入獄，於是私自保釋Boy外出並要求Boy指正法官，Boy迫於無奈之下只好成為張的線人，幫助張逮捕法官等人到案，以還自己清白。第二天法官又找Boy，一行人至某公司搶劫，並脅迫Boy。張尾隨其後暗中調度警力欲一網打盡，羅督察知悉後大為惱怒，親自帶隊前來，沒想到反而打草驚蛇。警匪雙方在街上發生激烈槍戰，Boy更被法官當做人質不幸中槍
Inspector Zhang Tiezhu took the case seriously and disagrees with the new boss Inspector Luo. One day Zhang found the car thief Ya Boy acting suspiciously on the street, and after tracking him, he was arrested and returned to the police station. Inspector Luo tried to solve the case and framed Boy for robbery and murder. Zhang Buren sees Boy innocent in jail, so he releases Boy out privately and asks Boy to correct the judge. In desperation, Boy has to become Zhang's informant and help Zhang arrest the judge and others to the case in order to repay his innocence. The judge went to Boy again the next day, and a group of people went to a company to rob and coerce Boy. Zhang followed him and secretly dispatched the police to kill them all at once. Inspector Luo was very angry when he learned about it, and led the team personally, but he did not expect to get rid of it. There was a fierce gun battle between the police and the robbers in the street, and Boy was shot as a hostage by the judge.
