苹果千层蛋糕 Gateau invisible | Apple layer cake

食谱：
黄油100克
糖100克
全蛋4个
牛奶100克
低筋粉250克
泡打粉5克
柠檬1个
小苹果4/5个
黄油融化，留40克备用
60克融化黄油和糖搅拌均匀，加4个鸡蛋搅拌均匀，加入100克牛奶搅拌均匀，筛入250克低筋面粉和5克泡打粉搅拌至顺滑，装入裱花袋备用。
将苹果去皮去核切薄片，然后挤入半个柠檬汁将苹果片泡一下备用
模具底部挤入一层面糊，一层苹果片（重复操作），最后均匀倒入剩下的融化黄油。
烤箱上下火180°C烤50分钟。
100g butter

4 eggs
100g milk
250g self-raising flour
5g baking powder
1 lemon
4/5 small apples
Melt the butter and keep 40g for later use
Mix 60g melted butter and sugar evenly, add 4 eggs and mix evenly, add 100g milk and mix evenly, sift in 250g self-raising flour and 5g baking powder and mix until smooth, put into a piping bag and set aside.
Peel and core the apples and slice them thinly, then squeeze in half a lemon juice to soak the apple slices for later use
Place a layer of batter and a layer of apple slices at the bottom of the mold (repeat the operation), and finally pour the remaining melted butter evenly.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 50 minutes.
