P&O Arcadia - Vlog Episode 6 - Sea Day - Sindhu - Trek The Deck

Welcome to the sixth episode of our P&O Arcadia vlogs!
This was filmed during our 14-night cruise to Norway, Iceland and Ireland.
In this episode we spend the day at sea, travelling between Norway and Iceland.
We are up in time to "Trek The Deck' in aid of the charity "Teenage Cancer Trust". For a donation of £10 or more you are provided with a t-shirt and at 11am the trek kicks off! 3 miles (9 laps) of the promenade deck later, we head to the pub for a well deserved drink. About Us
We started cruising in 2014 by doing a mini break on P&O Aurora. We like making videos of our cruises, they may not be to everyone’s tastes but they are our way of remembering the great times we’ve had, so please keep this in mind - we are not professionals and the complete video is shot and edited on an iPhone. We may not be the youngest cruisers but we are trying to break the stereotype that cruising is for retired people. Another binge day of watching your videos between meetings! You had just trekked up a mountain, and now you walked 3 miles, bravo. Made plenty of room for more delicious Sindhu food. I might just have to get me a spot of tea this afternoon, lol. Another lovely sea day vlog. Cheers!

Trek the Deck looked fun, as did the beer flight 🙂 Sindhu is a place we have to try! Holly loves Naan.. and so do I 😘 5:50 Gavin, if you’re freezing put a jacket on 😝 You just did- nice looking gents for Formal Night😉 Another cheese board🙂🙂 Love it. Ohhhh SelFRIDGES... lol I just got it. Luke is funny when trying to walk & talk after a few bevs😆 Another good video guys. Hi lads - do you always go Freedom dining and how long do you wait till you're paged? Your dinner looked lovely - but then you had a 1 am. buffet!! Where do you put it all?!lol

Sue Bradford hi! On this particular cruise we didn’t have to wait much longer than about 10-15 minutes until the pager was calling us. We nearly always go freedom as it really does let u dine when you want. As regards the buffet... we need it to soak up the alcohol🙈😂 we do work out almost every day otherwise we wouldn’t fit into our clothes by the end of the cruise! 😂😂

Watched this and VLOG number 5 , both excellent , the scenery is brilliant ,or rather as you guys said ,Jaw dropping . Not sure nowadays i could make the trek up to the top , steve could but sadly i could not . But your efforts to climb to the top were rewarded with Magnificent views , and the video of the climb was interesting . Great VLOGS and gives a feel for the ship and defo a treat for those thinking of doing a Norwegian fjord cruise . Look forward as always to your next VLOG . BTW one question on trek the deck on Arcadia how many circuits do you have to do to complete 3 miles ??

Thank you for taking the time to comment, glad you like them guys 😊 It was a tough climb, especially where it got a bit narrow and slippery, but worth it. It was 9 laps of the deck, they give you a card and tick it off each time you go around 😊
