WOW, I was exhausted just watching you hike up to Nesaksla, it look pretty terrifying, especially on the way down with all the other people. We like to get out nice and early too to avoid the crowds, makes the day longer too. Your vlogs are getting us excited for our trip on Arcadia in just over 5 weeks 😀

Mr H it’s pretty scary trying to pass people on narrow ledges it was very strenuous but it was definitely worth it! We’d definitely recommend it if you can do it BUT do it early to avoid the crowds 👍🏻

Warrior box we’re really glad your enjoying the videos! We noticed there wasn’t much about Arcadia and while we’re waiting for our cruise we love to watch videos about the ships were sailing on so that’s why we went all out on this series for this lovely ship. The itinerary was brilliant too 👍🏻

Our feet hurt the most! Going up was fine but coming down was worse, I always remember the roots of the trees really digging into the soles of me shoes/feet. It was definitely worth it though! There’s a cable car there now so you can glide up effortlessly 😂

We loved Arcadia she’s a lovely ship, comparing her to Azura - she’s a lot quieter and the guests go to bed a bit earlier, we do like a bit of life on a ship, don’t get me wrong we had a fantastic time, just bear in mind Arcadia attracts a more mature crowd being an adult only ship. On a plus, you don’t have to fight for sun beds or squeeze into a hot tub like on bigger P&o ships. 👍🏻

Last video I said that was my favorite vlog, well this one was just as stunning and beautiful. I personally think it looks more majestic when it’s a little cloudy or foggy, but at least you had a clear view from the mountain. Do they have helicopters to bring you to the top? 😂😂😂 I might be able to make it up but I’m not sure I’d be able to get back down! So amazing, words cannot describe it. Getting back down was much harder than getting up there! I felt like a cat I thought I was going to get stuck up there! Some of the paths and walkways get a little ropey - literally you cling on with next to nothing under your feet 😱 but it was all definitely worth it! Like I said in an earlier post Olden, Åndalsnes and the Fjords are so incredible they really were highlights of the cruise- so much so at the end of this series a put together a video just of the fjords with music- no narration as it didn’t need it so that I can just sit back and watch it all over and over. kzbin.info/www/bejne/d4GViGV3es99iqs

This was filmed late July 2019! It was absolutely stunning! We had an inside cabin and on Arcadia you can go to the viewing balcony at the front (sometimes) I’d say go aft as in aft facing if you can because you can see both sides of the fjords if your on either side you can only see one side. Saying that you see one side sailing in to your port and one side when you leave, urrrrm up to you I guess 😂 we’re going back to the fjords in June on sky princess this year! We can’t wait! We love it! It honestly is so incredible! The scenery is just 👌🏻
