Thanks for putting my mind at ease...... we have been allocated the indentical opposite cabin on the other side on deck 9. I was a little worried of the club. But not now. Thanks.

That's ok. Honestly I got worried leading up to our cruise and didn't have a bad night's sleep all week. I do wear earplugs every night as I'm naturally a light sleeper anyway. Hope you enjoy your trip

Brilliant. Have honestly never seen a better cabin review for a long while, and its possibly due to this being your first cruise that you were keen to show us everything you discovered, including what the light switches do. Excellent, loved the details and insights you've given. Most 'fridges' are now increasingly 'cool box's'. We think that's fine, as the well stocked mini bar fridge seems to have vanished during and post covid. And a fully functioning fridge actually generates heat in a small room, so no loss really.

Thank you for your comments, most appreciated. In glad you found it useful. As you've seen this was indeed our first cruise and definitely wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. That's interesting to hear about the fridge/ coolbox I think I prefer it that way than the old fashioned mini bar and was definitely adequate at keeping things chilled enough so no real complaints about it, plus P&O's 1litre of spirits pp is definitely good too.

@@MarcsCupofTea We were on Deck 14. Nice and quiet apart from children next door moving chairs and table around on the balcony. Only during the day though. Won't be going on any more cruises during school holidays 😁

Was the club house noisey at all my brothers got a room near there with his 2 kids.

You can hear it a bit at night but it's nothing more than a rumble and was easily nullified by wearing ear plugs which I do every night as I'm a light sleeper but it never kept me awake
