That’s a shame your glacier trip wasn’t the best. We have done this trip on our first cruise last August but not with the troll cars and had more free time to spend at the Glacier which is obviously the best bit. I agree the walk is steep and if you don’t take the cars it is longer but if you can mange it I would fully recommend doing the trip without the cars. You can stop and admire and enjoy as much as you like. And wow, lucky you spotting some whales.

I was also super annoyed and frustrated at having so much time in the gift shop and not enough at the glacier. I wanted more time there :(

Thanks for watching! Hopefully you will love cruising! The main pools all have toilets near where you could change but the hot tubs/infinity pools do not.

Hi! Do you know of any taxi companies in Olden? Have you taken one yet? When we went it was so disorganised. No one knew what was happening, where to go, what to do. The guide just disappeared when we parked up in the car park

Would you guys recommend the troll cars and is it too far to hike? We'd obviously like to get some good footage ourselves. Many thanks

Although we did talk about the troll cars being a pain in the vlog, we do recommend them. We just wish there was more time at the glacier when we were up there. The hike is ok, but can be steep and uneven in places, but there’s a lot of scenery to look at one the way up too. We would do the troll cars again though just for the experience ✨

Petrol stations are more expensive than grocery shops. I´m Norwegian, and I rarely buy anything in petrol stations.

What do you make of Norway trying to ban cruise ships from 2025. Surely, it will cut into the earnings of the people there. I want to go back there one day, I went in 2022. Im really hoping it doesn't go through.

They are limiting ships to those that are LNG powered only. Not cutting out all ships.

What’s the access for disabled with a wheelchair? Lovely to have people on u tube doing these videos but it seems it only benefits the so called able bodied So people let’s include the disabled
