Curry Leaves Mix:
Gingelly Oil 2 tbs
Bengal Gram dal 2 tsp
Urad Dal 1 tsp
Pepper 3 ½ tbs
Dry Red Chilli 4 Nos
Asafoetida 1 tsp
Curry Leaves 1 Big Bowl quantity
Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
For Gravy:
Gingelly Oil 150 ml
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Urad Dal 1 tsp
Asafoetida ½ tsp
Garlic 1 cup
Salt 2 ¼ tsp
Tamarind 1 lemon size - Tamarind Water
Curry Leaves Mix
