@@sanjeedaalam7746 though it is a little late n I'm replying instead of her...Yeast brand doesn't matter, you can use any yeast which you get in the general store which is in a small plastic bottle or you can use the medium one from swapno if you find it confident that the branded one's quality would be better but don't use expired yeasts...you might sometime think that just a few days has passed so it won't matter but it matters. the dough doesn't rise properly if expired yeast is used, so keep that in mind😄. hope you find it helpful 😊

@@lilialam8379 if you're asking me then I kept it for 8hours. but it would be good if you keep it overnight. if you don't have foil to cover then go for a clean polythene n keep it at a warm place. suppose near your stove
