Ingredients:
500 grams chopped pitted dates
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1 cup boiling water
Soaked the dates for 8 hours
1 cup + 1/2 cup + 1/2Tbsp Or 250 grams Flour
2 Tsp baking powder
1 Cup + 1/4 Cup + 1/2 Tbsp Or 250 Grams of room temperature
200 Grams Or 1 Cup + 2 1/2 Tbsp of brown sugar
4 Large Eggs
1 teaspoon almond essence
1 teaspoon vanilla
105 grams of cashew nuts
Bake on 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 Minutes
