@Suresh Ganapathy : my deepest sympathy and condolence to the departed young soul. My suggestion is let us not monger for enimity between two religious entities. I don't speculate the torture story or would bad mouth a great institution like IITM ,.Whatever be the situation one faces in life,.one must try to find a way out to solve or get out of the issue. This is a democratic country with law of the land and the constitution in the right place for many years. Giving up or forcing one's own life out is not the solution. My request is Every parent must teach their sons and daughters to study well but at the same time make them strong at heart and train them to face the raw world head on. If surrendering meekly to any tough situation is the solution, we would not have got an Resp.Indra Gandhi,.or a Kiran Bedi or a Sarojini Naidu or a captain Prem Mathur. We will need to empower young citizens of India and not demotivate or monger for enimity and clash in a society.

@@jrajesh11 : very true bro,..but there are good gurus as well. Society has a mix of good and bad apple's,.we need to identify and make a way out for ourselves. I know I'm talking too easy,.but yes Reality really bites..Hope these things will change for better.

Hearty condolences to Fathima's family. The news was heart breaking. We should teach our children (or let them learn) to deal with (perceived) failures or setbacks in life. Shame on institutions/teachers which do not pay attention to this issue. Hope the investigation will bring out the truth on what happened (at least some consolation for the family).

Also i wish she had opened up to someone if not her mother to help her handle the pressure. Not just her but to all students today who face such situations shd have someone to turn to in times of distress .don't colleges and schools have compulsory counseling staff?

It is unfortunate death of fatima. Please take the case to the logical conclusion. We feel the pain of the parents. Nakeeran, vikatan and DMK party supporting parties and media can u insist on the same way to react and respond to the 4 girl students killed in SRM college. U wont do because the owner of the SRM college is an ally of DMK.
