The code you had at the beginning was for 02S12 and at the end of video you show how good voltage is fluctuating on 02S11?

We were focusing on fixing the lean condition . sensor 2 had nothing to do with this video. I mentioned the car has other codes but were only focusing on fixing one thing at a time. So yes i skipped past the p0054 code (bank 1 sensor 2) because it had nothing to do with this video

Hello i just picked up a 99 durango the guy i got it from says it's got a p0171 code I'm not a mechanic but my neighbor said it sounds like a intake manifold would the intake manifold give off a p0171 code

It could be the intake manifold gaskets, it could also be any other vacuum leak like a torn vacuum hose or a torn intake tube. Lack of fuel or mass air flow problems.... Basically its cheaperer to let a shop diagnose it with a smoke test rather than guessing and wasting money on parts it may not need
