Hi Yotam, This was a very nice review, and it gave me more insight into the possibilities of this keyboard. I think I am now convinced to purchase it one day....👍 Musical greetings from the Netherlands.

@@YotamPiano Dear Yotam, I've been playing a Roland VR-09B for years, and it has worked well. But now this keyboard is quite worn out.... So, I'm looking for something better in terms of sound, playing possibilities, and more durable. (Roland is a lot of plastic, unfortunately).....

@@fransroosen8808 I owned the original VR-09 for a while many years ago ! there is absolutely not comparison on every category the Yamaha is MILES ahead !

Nice video very helpful.. i have a question, have you ever tried to add sounds from an ipad or iPhone? Like korg module? Because i don't like the Brass Sounds on the YC.. if you can demonstrate adding a brass sound from korg module app.. that would be so awesome. If it can be done and sounds good and easy to do i would definitely get this keyboard.. because i tried one time in the music store and i like the keybed very much just like you said in the video

I have both a YC-61 & a CP-73 & yes by usb connection to either iOS or Mac, you have added options. I love it. I generally connect to my iPhone & iPad for gigging

@@JCox964 may I ask what app for additional sounds you use on your iOS device?
@JCox96410 күн бұрын
@ MkSensation , Korg Module Pro , Pure Synth , FM Tines , Sunday Keys, Korg IM1 , & a host of others. Those are a few apps on my iPad. Various VST’s on my MacBook

Thanks for the video! Incredible playing! Is it possible to use the internal effects for line-in audio?
@YotamPiano14 күн бұрын
@@badnimbus8932 Thanks man! Good question I am not sure. What I do know is that you can't use what's coming into the YC internal inputs as a USB audio interface signal.

How would u compare it to the crumar mojo 61 ?
@YotamPiano4 күн бұрын
I never tired a Crumar 61 but from impressions I've read online and by A/B-ing specs, the YC61 is superior in pretty much everything. Costlier too , though.
