Hello, have you got any tips to easily remove the horseshoe clip on the actuator arm? Everything I try just spins it around.

I solved it, the back end has a little loop you can pop something in to lever it off. Just make sure to cover it as it can ping off and is a nightmare to find in your engine bay.

Hi got a 2014 Ford transit with the fault code p0299 turbo underboost, has had a new turbo and I’ve done all the reset of the learned values but it still keeps putting it into limp mode any ideas 🤷‍♂️

Is the relearn absolutely critical? Swapped my actuator out 400 miles ago and it seems happy so far

As said above is a relearn on the actuator necessary. As my gears are broken like in video

Does this same engine as ford tourneo custom 2014? Think i need to do this. Vans in garage but seems straight forward. Can you clear the fault code by disconnecting battery instead or code reader? Is relearning the turbo required as i dont have this device? Thanks

Ford in Ireland won't sell it separately have to buy new turbo is it the same in the uk

Hi , when ever you change air flow and map sensor do you have to do a re learn procedure or can you just drive the van without a re learn .
