This is just a non-scientific Accuracy Comparison Test at 12 yards. Sellier & Bellot 115 grain FMJ, Underwood X-Treme Defender 90 grain, and Monarch 115 grain FMJ ammo used in this comparison. I put the Sig Sauer P365 X Macro head-to-head with the P320 Compact in a detailed accuracy test. I have both guns and I took me a week to get good with my compact. I LOVE the smoothness of the slide, trigger, everything. I shot the macro last night for the first time, about 1000 rounds. It Def has more recoil, trigger is not as smooth after the first shot with my cadence. The slide isn't as easy/smooth when racking. It shot to the left a lot... but then again could be my hand needs to get used to it just like with my compact. I LOVE the size of the macro for EDC but if I can't get it to shoot as well as my compact then I'm gonna go back to carrying her for EDC. Great video!

Super helpful video! I LOVE my P320 X Carry and X Compact. They are the most accurate and softest shooting ones I own. I was on the fence about the X Macro, while it’s an innovative and great pew for the right person, I think I’ll stick with my P320’s. The X Compact is already borderline too small for my grip.

You know I'm a Sig fan, and I have the P320 Compact and P365XL Spectre. Haven't had a chance to shoot the P365 Macro, but your results were about what I would expect. Based on your comparison, I would avoid the Monarch ammo. Enjoyed the video.

Super greatful for this video I had no idea size comparison. Honestly the 320 is the one I'd get due to it being more for a large sized hand. Think this is a very simular comparison and you can't go wrong with either

I have both, I use the 320 for home defense (apartment) and the 365 for EDC

They seem to function exactly the same way. I'd love to see a comparison between the P320 x-compact and a P365 XL with an X-Macro Grip, which is what I run. So far I am loving this firearm combo. Longer barrel for better accuracy and less recoil. It is smooth as butter, but I have never fired the P320 x-Compact.

I own a P320 XCompact with a Wilson Combat grip and the tungsten weight kit. Also have a P365XL with a Wilson Combat grip, weight kit and a 365XL Spectre Comp slide on it.The XCompact is 5 oz heavier than the XL so it tends to shoot a little flatter. The comped slide's muzzle returns to zero faster than the heavier XCompact so I shoot it faster without much accuracy degradation. I do have another XL with a Wilson Combat grip and weight kit but the XL Comp does shoot a little better. All 3 pistols and myself do benefit by having a red/green dot.

ahhh,, all great, like your video a lot, but perhaps you should explain few things to some confused individuals,,,, XCompact Spectre is not the same as XCompact,,, XCompact is also known as old subcompact and has 3.6” barrel,, Old subcompact grip holds only 12rd mag while new Xcompact grip takes 15rd mag- but both have 3.6” barrel,,,Xcompact Spectre has 3.9” barrel and holds 15rd mag while XCarry or XCarry Spectre holds 17rd mag but both have 3.9” barrel,,,, thus using XCompact -3.6” would make a little more sense to compare it to P365xl/XMacro -3.7”,,,, they are basically of identical slide length,,,

i have both the XM and a couple XL Spectres. Your results seem as expected. The XM slide porting according to Sig is most noticeable on hotter +P loads and it seems the Underwood +P produced the the best groups. Concur with the Wilson Combat grip module. Both of my XLs have them and the Wilson Combat grip modules make makes for a big improvement in feel compared to the factort grip module. FWIW, Tactical Development sells magazine base pads that match the Wilson grip modules extremely well for both the 12 and 15rd magazines.

It’s some sort of bronze looking nitride finish. You’re correct, it does not look like it holds up well.

I thought the sig p320 only came in 45 cal.....are you saying that the sig p320 compact comes in both 45cal and 9mm?

P320 comes in 9mm, .40s&w, .357sig, .45 acp and now even 10 mm
