We have a very similar system. But sadly reshade breaks my v5 installation. I did the jump in new year eve haha. I tried really to keep reshade but no... it messed my menus..., almost all videos of making v4 or v5 more good are "reshade this reshade that"...

Thanks for the setup tutorial and the preset....how your texture looks very crisp, no jagged lines? you only use 2x msaa and 1920x1080x32 resolution.

Hello, this is preselected by FSLabs. Try to increase it when flying other planes.

How do you make your volumetric clouds work? I have EnvTex EnvShade and REX 5 3D and I can't get mi clouds to worj when they are on nothing shows up and sky is empty only horizon haze is visible. Can you please help me with that? I would liek to give them a try. I have Intel i5 4440 and GTX960

You don't need reshade if you use envshade, in bad case reshade shader presets can crash with envshade And there is missing SkyForce 3D Very important for haze and more realistic cloudshaddows

If, I am using : - RDShade (TJ_Pilot presents) - Reshade (Only RTGI shader) - Active Sky + ASCA Loading time is a ltl bit longer but p3d not crashing

Hello, in general if you decide to use all or fps heavy effects, then yes. But with the effects that are used in my preset, you shouldn’t lose performance.

​​@@rwyinsighti have the rtx 3060 and i have researched that others with same gpu and p3d version said that in detailed scenereies like heathrew, the fps drops to around 8-9 fps, any tips in optimizin p3d v5 settings on this, note that i am also lanning to use ai traffic

Disabled and Restore doesn't work for me. Shaders stay on. Do I have to consider something that is not written or said? Like "close sim -> restore -> restart sim" to take effects?

If we are talking Envshade then yes. You need to close the sim, apply changes and then start the sim once again.

@@rwyinsight then either Envshade is buggy or there is an issue with my installation. Pressing the disable and restore does not remove the shaders. So I have to repair the client.

'hello.. your reshade preset doesn't work in P3d v5.2 . When I hit the home key and try to go into the P3d folder to select a preset, it defaults back to Reshdepreset..

@@agentyellow_1328 All my videos are cropped so the watermark isn't visible. In this video I removed the watermark in the video editor to make the final comparison screenshots look better. The effect is called Content-Aware Fill if you want to try it yourself.
