How did you make A2A Stratocruiser to work on P3D v5?

A few tweaks to the plane itself and using FSUIPC to add a deflection of the rudder.

Do you fly helicopters too? I try to fly them but I am not very good at it. I think it may be because I don't have the settings right for helicopters. Also you didn't explain the sensitivities very good. I never know what to set those at.
