My Mongoose only reads about 250 keys/s. This ain't no big problem, but no way near your 400 keys/s :)

Does your app allows to do a full conversion from US to EU?

Yes, I know an individual in UK does conversion from US but I do not know the exact parameters he uses for the different models and years of cars. P3tool gives you access to change anything in the carconfig and does not offer specific functions like this. If you think about it more these kind of questions, if you can add this or that, the answer will always be yes. You can edit all parts of the config and that means you can add anything that was possible to add or modify on that particular car. Everything is possible, but I can not give you a button that says US->EU you have to find the values to edit yourself and that is the strength and power given to you by P3tool. If you know what you are doing, you can do anything.
