Fantastic work! I'm glad too see it finished! I have 6 of the eduard P51s in my stash. I have the royal class kit, 3 of the Iwo Jima versions, and P51-D5 profipack. The markings are too beautiful to pass up on them.

Oh wow! You're going all out. I definitely wouldn't mind building another version

@@ScaleModelAssassin Yeah, I really did go all out. It is a beautiful kit though, and once I get them all built and painted going to be quite the nice line up of Mustangs.

Mr. Assassin. What a nice paint job. Question, what do you do to get a dust free job? No matter what I do, I always seem to get dust and other particles in my paint job!

👍👍👍For the dust, I feel your pain. It's an issue I'm conscious of. Before the metal finish, blow your workbench down to get rid of the plastic and resin dust from sanding. I'll also use a glasses (lint free) cloth to wipe the plane and then use compressed air from my brush as a secondary cleaning method (right before I spray the metal finish). Alclad dries quick enough that I don't cover the model after I spray.

The greatest trick with dust is to always work on gray days or past sun down. Bright daylight reflects off every surface, and cause them to heat up, which in turn lifts the dust particles all over. The air is much cleaner on rainy days or at night.
