Go at your own pace and do the modifications if you need them! This is the beauty of exercise. As long as your moving, your getting results. Eventually you'll get faster and faster but start off slow.

just FYI, a lot of her workout videos are for beginners, and when you're BEGINNING, you appreciate knowing that the trainers are also feeling pain/burn where you are because it means you're doing it right. also, there really isn't any need to use derogatory language.

They use a lot of Military Exercises in P90X, We have to do it in the army once a week (normally monday) for PT (physical Training).

Our coach at school made a class of unfit (not to mention some had bad asthma) girls do this for 30 minutes with no breaks whatsoever. Not even fountain or bathroom break.

You can eat bread... it just depends on what kind of bread you are eating. Doctors in Germany recommend the Whole Rye Bread (Whole RB contains a complex carbs; not even a tiny bit of wheat). You do need to eat bread for the healthy complex carbs. The breads I see in the grocery stores here in the US... scary!!! With bleached flour??? Really??? You should cut out sugar, all the additional salt&fat and wheat (basically all the white foods with easy carbs, such as white rice, pasta and bread).
