So far the game looks really good. I feel like maybe the controlling of the cars definitely gives it a lack of control. Heck, Imagine creating the story mode where you drive specific realms with specific cars from the races as a whole and you have to win each ream from the drones and silencers. They go based on the films. Then maybe having challenges for each realm. Time Trials, Dealing with enemy racers (you are forced onto a specific team) Actually, I'd love to see at the very least Storm, Swamp, Cavern, Lava, Water, Metro, Labyrinth, Pipeline, Junk, Cosmic, Drone Headquarters, (heck, all of the realms) in Mario Kart Wii as custom tracks. If someone were to do that, and then have them added to the CTGP, I'd do a full on Ultimate Race With every single realm. Also, I waited for Distance to be around $5 before I purchased it.

Is it just me or do the cars look like they have ice handling everywhere? Don't get me wrong, it's great to see this fan-made project especially since we never got an official AcceleRacers game. But how is the project coming along and does the handling feel as bad as it looks in the video? After all, the handling model is the make or break for any racing game.
