When will chapter 2 come out?

To begin with, if accelechargers have mysteriously changed from one scene or another, remember this are the guys who somehow made Kurt lose metro realm when he was the undisputed first place and there's no reason nor justification whatsoever that can say otherwise, other than after the scene of kurt and taro evading the drones, the guys did the scene of the fight against drone sweeper and then came back to show the winner of the realm, which might mean, they just forgot Kurt was 1st. Finally, I think the ice accelecharger it's way more important than the pipe one. The pipe lets you run on walls and ceilings, in how many realms are there even ceilings and walls?, and in those that are, would you be able to reach them or drive through them?, almost none. The Ice realm one let's you bypass the ice realm difficulty completely, and knowing that Vert never raced there, it's more fair to force Helorum to be handicapped like him in the ice realm, than in the pipe where it's quite easy and if you're not that unlucky to get a pipe with dead end, you can win it without needing accelechargers.

I think the Silencerz might have just bailed on the Swamp realm. Like a few others said, the Silencerz might have been testing the waters rather than hard committing to winning. In side the Swamp Realm, they watched the bots get squad wiped and the other human drivers crash. Watching everyone else get wiped out would be a pretty big reason for quitting early, especially when you have a potentially injured captive/recruit to evacuate.

My theory: The realms can re-open assuming they haven't been completed. I think Tezla states that once a realm is completed, it won't open again. As we know banjees car was in the swamp realm, confirming he was there before the events of acceleracers. However he neither the others in the realm like the drones or silencerz were able to finish the realm, being forced to flee or got destroyed before they could reach the end, with the accelecharger unclaimed, the realm was able to re-open to give the drivers another shot until the track has been properly cleared.

The dislikes are from the racing drones.

I think the series of events is pretty simple: 1. Racing Drones are created by the Accelerons to act as racing competition. Then, they are somehow put into hibernation on Earth, though eventually Gelorum escapes into the wider world, and founds the Clyp agency as a cover, while she works reawakening the drones 2. The government discovers Highway 35 and the wheel of power, creates the Silencerz (or a predecessor organization) to research ways to obtain it, employing Dr. Tezla 3. Tezla steals Gig, as well as several technical innovations while working for the Silencerz, and creates Scrim corp. as a face to host the world race, creating the cars and using a large number of unsuspecting racers from over the world to attempt to get the wheel of power first 4. At some point, Gelorum employs Kurt Wylde to sabotage the other racers, probably appropriating some stolen Silencerz tech to make his car change appearance, while also building her own force of drones to compete in the race and get to the wheel of power 5. The World Race happens, the wheel of power is taken by the Racing Drones while Tezla attempts to stop them on his own some time in the two intervening years, and the racing realms start to open, Tezla beginning to employ previous drivers and making a new base safe from the Racing Drones which now could strike at any moment with the wheel of power giving them unlimited manufacturing and portal access 6. Scrim and Clyp no longer matter, since Tezla has to work in secrecy and the Drones now have the power to not need to hide behind a fake agency, the Silencerz also create a dedicated team of drivers to begin racing in the realms, made up of experienced racers and government officials

Tesla literally said that the realm will permanently closed ONCE IT IS COMPLETED (obviously except during the final trial to reah the Accelerons), in other words, if a realm ISN'T COMPLETED it will not close. We know the realm wasn't completed because the Lono got the Accelecharger.

Ok I’m not gonna lie I’m not a big fan of fan film especially if the graphic are not the same as the films but man the story and interpretation and interactions is so spot on. I definitely see this as a perfect sequel. I definitely love this man thanks for this. You gave me closure.

after rewatching finish line. Remember the scene where gig was shown as a double agent for the silencers and telling them how to master each skill in the realms? I think k the reason the silencers couldn't beat it then was because at the time no one knew the skills to beat the realms other than the accelerons themselves. If it wasn't for lani and karma telling the drivers about the skill set needed in the races then gig would never of known meaning the silencers couldn't master each skill. This can be confirmed from the junk realm when vert finds out he has to hit the apex to get through and moments after, the silencers use the same diagram and model he did and starts to follow the apex. To put it simple, without the knowledge of each skill needed to complete the realm, they couldn't beat it, therefore leading the realm uncleared and to reopen during ignition

My theory has been that no one managed to finish the swamp realm the first time, so, with no finishers to win the accelecharger, it opened again at a later date.

Watching this series as a kid and coming back to it as a 24 y/o is amazing. Love that there is still a community here that still remembers peak racing movie
