Here is an easy Malabar snack recipe with egg and banana ( ripe plantain).Like most of the keralites yethakka or nentrapazham recipes are my all time favorite. Especially snacks recipes with ripe plantain like banana fritters( pazham pori), unnakaya ( mashed banana stuffed with sweet fillings), roasted plantain or pazham vazhattiyath, pazham puzhungiyath or steamed banana, Paal vazhakka etc. These Malabar snacks are very popular around the globe. In Uae , these special Malabar snacks and other thalassery snacks can be seen in most of the Malabar restaurant's snack menu recipes. Mutta adukku is one of my favorite sweet snack recipe. So I thought of a twist we with the same. The filling for this mutta adukku makes this sweet snack more special. So I named this Snack as Pazham adukku. The stacks with banana looks really tempting and will attract the kids for sure. You can pack this for your kids snack box too by making this ahead of time. Hope you all like this kids snack recipe with banana and do let me know once you try this Snack.
