In 2009, 4 of us started to trek on the train track from Donigal...we were bored of the trek when we reached yedekumari..we decided to enter the forest and reach shiradi ghat road through these thick forests this guy is talking about. No one came with us..in half hour, we lost our way and for 2 hours we were wandering clueless inside the dense jungle. Bear Grylls from Man vs Wild always told that streams connect to main rivers and I knew there is a river right next to shiradi ghat road. We decided to follow this stream and after another 2 hours, we finally came to Kempuhole....the river flowing next to the shiradi road. We were saved by this technique. We stopped a bus going to Dharmasthala and had darshan of Lord Manjunatha and came back to Bengaluru the next morning. Decided I will never go trekking without the help of Guides or locals. Learnt a very hard lesson! Hes right...this jungle is very very dangerous..

We also faced same problem. We hard struggle to cross the kempu hole river near gadi chamundeshwari gudi But we servived grace of god 2022 is our last trekking
