Ingredients :
For Chaula Bara we need :
1. Boiled Rice ( Usuna Chaula ) - 3½ cups
2. White lentils ( Urad dal ) - 1/2 cup
3. Cooking soda - A pinch or 1/4 tsp
4. Carom seeds ( Ajwain ) - A pinch or 1/4 tsp
5. Crushed ginger and green chilli - 1 /2 tbsp ( 1 inch ginger and 1 green chilli )
6. Salt to taste
For Tomato Chutney we need :
1. Tomato - 1 ( medium )
2. Garlic clove - 3 nos
3. Green chilli - 2
4. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
5. Mint leaves - 1 tbsp
6. Ginger - 1/2 inch
7. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp ( optional )
8. Salt to taste
For Tentuli jhola ( Tamarind water ) we need :
1. Tamarind ( Tentuli ) - 2 tbsp
2. Ginger - 1 inch
3. Garlic - 2 nos
4. Green chilli - 1
5. Roasted chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp ( Kashmiri red chilli powder or any chilli powder )
6. Sugar - 1 tbsp ( or add according to your taste to reduce the sourness )
7. Refined oil - 1 tsp
8. Panchphoron - 1/4 tsp ( cumin, mustard, saunf, black cumin and fenugreek seeds )
9. Curry leaves - 1 stem
10. Salt
