அரிசியை உளுந்துடன் சேர்த்து அரைக்கும் போது அரிசி கொரகொரப்பாக அரைபடும்.எண்ணெயில் பொரிக்கும் போது அந்த அரிசி வடை மேல் மொறு மொறுப்பாக இருக்கும்.அரிசி மாவு சேர்ப்பதற்கும்,அரிசி சேர்ப்பதற்கும் இதுதான் வித்தியாசம்.
நீங்கள் மாவு கொஞ்சம் தண்ணீர் விட்டு அரைத்து இருப்பீர்கள்.ஏனென்றால் நீங்கள் அடித்து கலக்குவதால் நீர்த்து போகாது.

இது மிக சாதாரண விஷயம்.திரியை நெய்யில் நனைக்கும் முன் நெய் இறுகாமல் liquid ஆக இருக்க வேண்டும்.ஒரு சில்வர் டப்பாவில் ஹூ பத்தியை நமக்கு எவ்வளவு வேண்டுமோ அதை சேர்த்து உருக்கிய நெய்யை சேர்த்து பஞ்சு நன்றாக நெய்யில் நனையும் வரை நெய் சேர்த்தால் போதும்
