First, I am sorry for your loss and I wish your family the best as the year comes to an end. This is still one of my favorite go to channels! It finally encouraged me to start my very first little garden this summer. It was so much fun and now I can't wait for next summer for more fresh food (and maybe finding a better way to seed save)! You and your family's channel has made such an impact on many people and I wish youu guys the best in the new year.

Hey PaMac...first let me say I'm sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. You and your Mom are certainly in our prayers. I lost my Dad about 5 years ago and my Mom a couple years later. Wish I could say it gets better but I still miss them like it happened yesterday. We will all be together soon one day praise God! I always say "You the man"! If you're like me you'd say "I was fortunate to be the son of the Man! Take care my friend

Thank you for sharing an all that you do. I’m sorry to hear about your Dad. My Momma passed away in February so I truly know the feeling. There is a certain undeniable peace and comfort that comes to a believer’s heart knowing that their parent is now walking with Jesus. I still want to ask her questions though like ‘how did you make that cucumber salad’ and ‘how did you fry those pork chops…’ As a kid I would gnaw on those bones like a dog after cleaning my plate. So many wonderful memories. My heart and prayers go out to you, your family, and especially your Momma. Merry Christmas brother.

Your new viewer show sounds very nice and also can't wait to see your sawmill in action. We have started a new shop project with round timbers that will eventually become a lumber shed. One of these years we will also get a sawmill to get some of these other projects done that requires rough sawn lumber

All the water bowls froze so had to defrost those and feed everybody....but had to get the feed out of storage first, so I'm sorry I kept y'all waiting about an hour! I bought your Pole Barn book many, many years ago and have yet to use it but will be thinking about building one next year. Might even get another copy for my son who just moved on to his 13 acres. I am really happy to see your channel growing and think it is one of the most underrated on YT for homesteaders. A wealth of information and how-to's interspersed with music and self deprecation! What is not to love about Farm Hand Companion? I have your DVD in my cart currently. Need to go and check out now. Thanks and please keep more of this wholesome content coming our way. Greatly appreciated. So very sorry for your loss, Pa Mac. It will hurt so bad to lose my mom and dad. Dad just turned 86 ( Still works on his 3 story house, climbs on scaffolding to paint it. 🥴) and my mom will turn 86 on the 13th of this month. They taught me everything I know about gardening, building a house, preserving food, hard work and ethics. I owe them a lot.❤ Our parents will live on in our lives through their examples. I'm sorry about the loss of your father on this side, but what peace to know he is on the other side. I'm sure you are also caring for your mother. Be blessed this season. I don't know if you bury in a family cemetery or not but if you do. Grave site choice, grave digging, simple coffin making are all old skills communities forget they might need. ( My Father was a grave digger).
