Fennel seeds-1 Tsp
Garlic Cloves-3
Large Onion-1/2
Green Chili-4
Curry Leaves Sprigs-2
Large Potato-1 Or 200 Grams
Small Carrot-1 Or 100 Grams
Salt to your taste
Leeks-50 Grams
Soy Meat-25 Grams (soaked in hot water for 15 min)
Jaffna Curry Powder-1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder-Bit more than 1/4 Tsp
Chili Flakes-1 1/2 Tsp
Lime/lemon Juice to your taste
