Ingredients
(for the paan sharbat/syrup concentrate)
10 calcutta paan ke patte/betel leaves
2 tbsp saunf/fennel seeds, soaked in 1 cup hot water for 1 hour
6 hari elaichi/green cardamom, soaked in 1/4 cup water
3 tbsp gulkand/rose petal jam
2 tbsp dessicated coconut
10 tbsp ground dhagewali mishri/crystallised rock sugar
(for the paan sharbat)
3 tbsp paan sharbat concentrate
1 glass chilled water
(for the paan milkshake)
3 tbsp paan sharbat/syrup concentrate
1 glass chilled milk
