Paanch phorong means five types of spices used for tempering the recipes like tomato chutney, shukto, dal and many more. It is a mixture of five spices like fennel seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onion seeds and fenugreek seeds. It is also good for the health.
Ingredients all mentioned above paragraph. All five types of seeds take in an equal amount except Fenugreek seeds as their taste is bitter. So all seeds if taken 1 tbsp then fenugreek takes only half tbsp.
Method:-
1. All seeds clean it properly.
2. Then mix it.
3. And store it in an air tight container.
