May 23, 1st day ng menstruation June 2, 12am nabutas ang cndm June 2, 7:30 pm 1st 4dose ng pills June3, 7:50 2nd dose, nalate lang ng 20mins Grabe ang kaba ko that time kasi fertile window ng partner ko. Buti nakita ko itong video na ito. June 23 dapat meron na sitang regla. Pero nalate siya ng 4 days kaya june 27 na siya nagkaregla. Overall effective siya.

My second try of YUZPE METHOD. Last dec 10 may contact kami ng partner ko at high chance of pregnancy pala ako that time. Withdrawal naman kami pero as a praning ayoko ng hassle if ever ma preggy. Dec10 around 11pm may nangyari samin mga 2am ng dec11 nag take ako agad ng 4pills. Then after 12hours, 2pm nag second take ako for another 4pills. At around 6pm hindi na okay pakiramdam ko as in nahihilo ako at sinuka mga nakain ng lunch. Kaya umulit ako ng another 4-12-4. Ganun ulit 2am then 4pm. At thank goodness wala ng hilo at suka na nangyari. So waiting time na. Nagka pimple breakouts ako malalaki sa bandang baba ko at maliliit sa noo. Hormonal changes ika nga. Wala din pala akong white mens pero lagi akong malungkot at wala sa mood. So dec21 came nagka spotting ako ng morning then medyo reddish na yong lumalabas sakin. And that day sobrang sakit ng ulo ko lalo na ng balakang ko na para akong mababalian ng katawan sa sobrang sakit. Pero inisip ko nga na part siya ng side effects ng yuzpe. Then dec22 first day ng period ko. Menstruation na talaga siya kasi as usual buo buo na lumalabas sakin lalo na pag umiihi ako. So far 2days ko na ngayon at okay naman yong flow. Hindi malakas hindi din mahina. Sakto lang siguro kasi nasabayan ko din ng paracetamol kasi nilalagnat ako ngayon hahaha. 4days advance from expected day of menstruation pala ako. At oo nga pala, tinuloy tuloy ko ulit yong pills. Pill user na talaga ako dati pa. Natigil lang ng mga 6mos kasi ldr naman kami ni jowa. So ngayon pills nalang regularly kesa gumamit ulit nito kasi ang hirap lalo na ng side effects promise. Or gagamit na kami ng condom sa susunod hahaha. Yon lang. Share ko lang experience ko. Ingat tayong lahat girls!!! Use contraceptive pills or condom na nextime para mas safe lalo na kong wala pa naman plan mag buntis. Merry Christmas!!!! ❤🎉

Hi po. Ang birth control ko po is Injectable. Last inject ko po Dapat is May 5. Since nalimang po ako sa date, hindi na po ako nakapagpa inject. NagPT naman po ako nyan and negative. Tpos nagkaregla po ako ng May 23-26, tpos regla ulit ng June 4-6. And since ngayon po wala pa rin po akong regla. Nagcontact kmi ng partner ko nung June 18, and NagPt po ako last Aug. 9 pero negative pa rin. Tpos last night we had unprotected sex, and I want to use ECP. How can I use trust pills as ECP? PLS. June 25 nung nangyare ung exposure, nag slip kasi ang cond*m pero kabado padin ako sa pre-c*m, so kinaumagahn after 6 hours ng anuhan namin, bumili na ako agad ng pills para gawin ung yuzpe method. Its been 2 weeks already after I tried this method and 1st day (July 10) which is kahapon sobrang kinabahan ako dahil sobrang light ng bleeding as in spotting lang sya so iniisip ko baka implantation bleeding, kinakabahn din ako kasi supposed to be ang expected date ng period ko is before or after the day of (JULY 15) but naging 5 days early sia, pero today (July 11) which is the 2nd day of bleeding, sobrang sakit ng puson ko like para syang ung na ffeel ko every time 1st day ng regular period ko. Madami dami na ngayon ung blood (Dark red color) ko, update ako after this experience.

Hi! This is based from my experience. Same thing happened to me before nakaligtaan ko rin😅. So The 2nd dose I took (which is yung late dose) is considered as my first dose then I took another dose after 12hrs.😉 Para safe pa sa mas safe ang peg😂 Hope this helps.

Share ko lang yung experience namin. So we are celebrating mothers day ng partner ko. Sabi ng calendar tracking ko infertile sya that day when we do it. But we still use condom pang sigurado, kasi irregular sya eh di pede mag tiwala sa calendar method. So we did it 4 rounds. The first 3 round eh may gamit na condom then yung pang apat wala na pero diko inifinish sa loob. Kaso yung pangalawang round nasira yung condom pero diko naman nilabas inside nag pull out ako. So naparanoid ako na baka ma preggy si partner gawa nung pre cum. Then the next day, pinagamit ko sya ng yuzpe method ( we use trust pill 4-12-4). So bale ilang layer ng protection yun, calendar, condom, pull out ( nag pupull out ako pag lalabas na ), then yuzpe. Still waiting sa update. Sana makatulong sa iba.

Hi👋 Yes if nag Yuzpe expected na na madedelay yung period dahil sa disruption ng cycle and kung asang part na xa ng cycle niya xa nag take. Do a PT one week after ng expected period niya or 3 weeks after ng unprotected intercourse to rule out pregnancy.

Hi nurse Aileen! Sana po mapansin to. Expected menstruation ko po is March 18. Nag seggs po kami ng march 15 2am, unprotected and hindi withdrawal. Pero ang nakalagay po sa flo app ay low change of getting pregnant pero para narin mas sure nag search ako about emergency contraceptive and then morning po ng march 15 nalaman ko tong yuzpe method so nag take po ako pero 8:30pm na then march 16 8:30am then tinuloy tuloy ko na yong pag take ng 1 pill everyday. Around march 17-22 wala akong kahit na anong white mens or brown discharge pero medyo sumasakit puson at likod ko. Then today march 24 na po pero wala padin akong mens. Bali 6days delayed na po ako. Hindi narin sumasakit puson ko, walang kahit na anong discharge pero para po akong may kabag last night. Napapraning na po ako, nakaka stress. Tama naman po yong pag take ko 4-12-4. Madami akong nababasa na maaapektuhan yong cycle, yes, pero nakaka stress lang po talaga. Any thoughts po about my situation? 🥺🥺 Or anyone here na may same ng case ko? Thank you.

last contact po namin nung oct 5 (wednesday), then ginawa niya po yung yuzpe method august 6 dahil din po sa anxiety, although wala naman pong nangyaring pasok kinakabahan po kami sa precm. Last na nagkaron siya sept 3 sabi niya rin na 3 days lang tinatagal ng mens niya, dapat sa first week ng oct magkakaron na siya but still wala pa rin. So i think irregular lang siya ngayon pero hindi pa rin po kami mapakali. Is there high chance po ba na ma preggy siya? And what day siya nag ovulate if nagkaron siya nung sept 3?

Effective to. Grabe nangyari samin, napunit pala ang condom, nung nilabasan nakami at tapos na magsex e nakita ko punit condom. Problema ovulation day niya pa yun at regular sya kaya malaki chance ang pregnancy. Kaya nagmadali ako bumili ng trust pill. Mga 5-10mins after nangyari sex nayun. Uminom sya 4 then 4 ulit after 12hrs then 1 tablet nalang every 12hrs until the week na expected namin period nya, first time niya gumamit nun, dikasi sya nagpipills since regular sya, kaya kinabahan ako. Siya hindi man hahahaha Nadelay sya ng mga 2 days pero nagkaperiod naman. Huwga nq magcondom 😅 Tiwala lang sa method, gawin lang ng tama.

Hi, Nurse Aileen! Sana mapansin mo po. Last August 27 po ang start ng first day of period ko then natapon ng August 31, 28days cycle po ko. Then nagDO po kami ng September 4, around 9am, as in naiputok po lahat sa loob. Then uminom po ko ng 1tablet of trust pill around 2pm the same day. Napanood ko po na dapat 4tablets pag trust kaya ginawa ko po ininom ko yung other 3 around 8pm of the same day. Then I took the 2nd dose after 12hrs po. Pero di po ko contented sa pag-inom ko kasi baka mali kaya. The following day at afternoon inulit ko po uli yung method. Sa tingin nyo po gagana po? Hi👋 I see what happened. So it's a good thing na ginawa mo xa within 5 days of unprotected s*x. It's okay na ulitin yung method as long as kaya mo yung side effects like nausea/vomiting since higher dosage ang intake mo..And take note wag ito gawing birth control method since it's only for emergency purposes. Mas ok parin mag daily pills na lng para sure. We can only find out, if magkakaron ka sa next expected period mo and since stressed ka dahil sa ngyari baka madelay onti so try to relax I know it's easier said than done pero try lungsss lol! Our body metabolizes meds differently so since lesser yung dosage dun sa 1 tab and sa 3 tabs, it was smart of you to redo it after mong mag take nung 2nd na 4 tabs. It's a waiting game......tik tok tik tok cheret!PT ka after 1 week delayed ang period mo..Relaxxxx..

I have a 31-33 day cycle. My last period was on March 31-April 5 then my supposed ovulation day is on April 16 (if it's 32 day cycle) or 17 (if it's 33). Me and boyfriend did an unprotected s** on April 10 (1 am and the 12th day from my cycle or 5 days away from my March period) so, I took the yuzpe method 4-12-4 the next day (9 am) then the second dose (9 pm). Then, We had another unprotected s** on August 12 (5 pm, two days away from our first) which is also within 72 hours (according to the rules of the yuzpe method) but I became paranoid, I thought the August 12 wasn't longer counted from the 72 hours, cause I wrongly counted the days not the hours therefore I took the another 4-12-4 pills on the evening of August 12 (6:25 pm) and 13 (6:25 am). I am calculating the lifespan of the sperms (5 days) which they may die on April 15 from our first s**, then on 17 from the April 12. So based on my research, the April 17 is no longer my original ovulation day since the method will prevent the ovary from releasing the egg, right? How many days can the yuzpe method hold back the egg from its original ovulation day? It's been 2 days since I took them. I am now feeling its side effects such as constant hunger, lightheadedness, white discharge and moodiness. May I ask if these side effects are normal? Can someone had white discharge and constant hunger too? How many days does this side effect last? Are they gonna stay until my next period? badly needed someone's reply.tia.

Nag take ako ng 5 pills and after 12 hrs nag take ulit akom una take ko pa lang na feel ko na ang bloating and prang nasusuka tpos hilo din. So after ko matake ang 10 pills after 5 days nag DO ulit kami pero base sa calendar ko safe na ako nyan dahil nga expected ko magkakaroon na ako. Times goes by. March 18 na wala p din ako mens. Pero that time meron na ako mga symptoms na parang magkakamens like nagpapasa, may cheesy like discharge na white, bloated. So lumipas ang 3 araw delayed na ako. 😭 sobra ko ng stressed never ako nadelayed ng ganito. Pang 4 days ko ng delayed. Pasok po b gnwa ko yuzpe method? Pls help. Need ko advice 😔

Can i use Yuspe Method if its already 10days after unprotected sex? Na withdraw naman pero just to make sure na din poh. Thanks

Hi👋 Yes you can as long as it's not near your ovulation or exact ovulation day since Yuzpe's main purpose is to prevent ovulation. It's mostly effective if done within 5 dyas of unprotected seggs.🙂

normal lang po ba magka mens ng 2 days after doing yuzpe method? Bale twice po siya nag mens this month, yung una po is 5 days nag last tapos after 6 days po nag mens na naman po pero 2 days lang po nag last.
