Wala pong batas na ganyan. Mahirap lang po bumili ng bahay pag dun sa mga mahal na areas like Vancouver and Toronto. Depende po sa capability ng finances.

Be ready to do double job just to pay mortgage unless na Malaki Ang income mo. It's reality here, mortgage or rent is the highest expense. Rent pa nga lang, goodluck if makahanap kana ng $1k (40k in peso) basement lang Yan paano pa kung buong bahay Ang rerentahan KC Malaki Ang pamilya? Mahigit $2k Ang monthly. Mahal talaga dito

At a return of 7% you'll need assets worth $2.2 million in retirement outside of your residence. Tama po ang mga plano niyo..maganda po manuod kayo kay chinkee tan at mga investment video..maganda po at na-realize niyo ng maaga..kasi tayong mga pinoy sabi ni chinkee tan ang nilalagay sa utak natin 'mag'aral para mag'trabaho pero silang mga chinese 'mag'aral para mag'negosyo..makikita nman natin sila tumantanda mayaman tayo pilipino tumatanda nag'tatrabaho parin..hindi po ako nag'mamaliit sa atin mga pinoy pero maganda ang mentalidad ng chinese business tayo work..
