Meron po ako condo sa smdc niloko ako ng agent ko, hindi binigay sa akin 1 month advance 1 month deposit, then nag pagawa ng cabinet pero walang cabinet nagpa bili ng bagong aircon pero walang aircon, di rin binili ang fire extinguisher, grabe panloloko nya

Question po, sa tenant na natapos contract and nag-iwan ng damages. Pwede kaya na 1mo before matapos contract is i-audit na ng unit owner to check possible damages na ishoulder ni tenant? And if im not mistaken, indicated din sa contract na may damage fee which will not be refunded once na may kailangan ipaayos sa unit due to careless tenants? Halimbawa, baradong toilet. Before iallow ba imove out si tenant they have to pay for the total damages less the damage fee na nadeposit nila.

Short term rental- owner should pay all the dues and bills. (Applicable for airbnb / staycation rental business) Long term rent: Tenants should pay the electric bill and water consumption except for the assoc dues.

Yan hirap sa mga agents mam after paying the downpayment iiwan ka na sa ere. Di tulad sa kinuha ko phinma properties na condo sure na after downpayment derecho pagibig loan na kami. Kasi inayos na nila agad agad.
