Is the OPC required to file income tax after incorporation even if no actual operation yet? 3. Can a single individual incorporate more than one OPC? 4. 1. Kahit walang operation, pag nkaregister kna sa SEC, dpat erester agad sa sss,phic,hdmf at BIR, tsaka mag file sa BIR ng no transaction. merong elounge ang ibang BIR, pd ka magpa assist dun 2. Kailangan parin mag comply at magfile ng income tax return pag registered na sa BIR kahit walang operation or transaction for the sake na hindi kayo mkabayad ng penalty ng late filing. Magpapagawa parin ng financial statements para e attach sa ITR(Income Tax Return)
