this is such an artistic, creative and expressive example of Parkour movement which serves to show the community how movement like this can be an antidote to our industrialised habits and lifestyle based on mainly sedentary posture and movements opening the way towards greater health and vitality for those who practise. This movement style and principle provides an avenue for youth and young adults and above to step out of the norms of "proper and careful" movement based on social etiquette and accepted attitudes and being a brave and creative, considerate and responsible individual who is part of the movement community. Parkour heralds a new way of movement and spending time in nature and our urban environments, showing versatility, grace, strength and power, in a way which doesn't just serve the practitioner or trainer but others who may become involved in the group training exercises and social settings. Well done for bringing to the media attention that there are healthier ways to move, and that movement can produce positive outcomes. Great video work, and shows how Parkour and movement can be done safely while being creative and taking safe risks. Graceful, empowering and inspiring!

@@WiedemannBros Watching you I feel I am physically capable of a lot of the movements but I could never do them so smoothly or quickly, do you have advice on improving the flow of my movement?
@WiedemannBros5 жыл бұрын
@@bobmarley6306 hmm... its generally hard to teach flow specially not knowing someones movement. However, there are (in my opinion) 3 basic things that help already to improve flow: (1) steps: use no more than 2 steps in between the "moves" you want to connect. If the next obstacle is too far away, make a role in between f.i., so that you eventually end up using two steps inbetween moves. Of course there are always exceptions... (2) Relax: If your body is too stiff it could look too hectic. (3) Choice of moves: If all the moves of your line are power-moves it tends to look to forced... Use more basic moves and practice them a lot! then the power-moves (key moves) also stand out more look more impressive :D Thats only my personal opinion. Hope it helps.

@@WiedemannBros Thanks for taking the time to reply and provide the advice, I'm sure it will help a lot, I will try to keep up with training alongside other sports and work and I aspire only to improve. I'm sure your words will help me with this. Appreciate it bro : )
