So beautiful to watch, my relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, Really love her so much, i can’t stop thinking about her. I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated because i literally can't envision my life with anyone else. Your feelings are understandable, It's always difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation when my wife of 12 years left me, i couldn't just let her go. I did all I could to get her back, I had to seek the help of a spiritual adviser who helped me bring her back.

I lost my father a year ago. I didn't think I could live without him. I've never lost someone I loved so dearly. Be fair to yourself and mourn the loss but try to recognize when you're making excuses to be sad. It isn't easy to be happy, even if everything is going well for you. Declare a friendship and be sure to make memories that you'll remember (sober) with that person.
