I quit my high paying job at MIT at 42 & have had a job since then. I'm 57 now & I feel younger & better than at 42 when I was stressed out by running two departments in different states/cities. I haven't worked in 15 years even though i own my own business. I read or listen to books every day now. Not working, even though I have my own business, is great. Stay off the phone, and pay off your home ASAP (if you plan to live there for the rest of your life), make sure your roof has a 25-30 year warranty & relax.

I don't think I ever want Performance Enhancers in sports but if HGH can make our athletes more immune to injury then I'd say let everyone have them. As long as everyone has them, then the playing field is still equal. Anything that fixes injury or helps injury recovery become faster is something I'm cool with.

as someone who woke up and almost had a heart attack this morning trying to catch my breath after my mucous dried up overnight in my nose and back off throat, I advise against taping any of those breathing holes closed. use a pillow or angle or something to optimize for promoting nose-breathing.
