Thanks for posting! I'm so eager to make puto bisaya with sikwate and mango. I miss the combo. I had that way back 1986 in Davao and had never forgotten it 🎉🎉🎉

I think baterol ang tawag ana madam. Mora ug Spanish ang origin ana niya. Kay naay canta akong na kat'onan sa public school sa US nga bilingual Spanish student "bati bati chocolate " which is the way Mexicans prepare the chocolate drink. Cacao has its origin in Native Americans as cacahuate. I think the word sikwate came from cacahuatl. during the galleon trade between the Philippines and Mexico.
