I think I phrased that poorly. It has some odd mechanics, like when you throw it up or down it pretty much stays in place. I guess it's hard to anticipate how the opponent will use those properties against you.

The reason I got respect for Pac players is cause he's easily one of the hardest characters to use. He's got no true confirms, and no slam, all of his moveset is purely technical and read-based. Like, you can't be salty a Pac player got a bell setup, or melon setup, or hydrant mixup. I wish I was this good with him.
