Also I love how crazely ahead of its time this game is, remember that it's the same year as Super Mario Bros 3, which isn't all that behind either,

Actually, Super Mario Bros. 3 came out in 1988, while Pac-Mania came out a year earlier.

Annoying stage. Why? 1. Too many pellets (as said above) 2. No sidewarps (as said below) 3. EXTREMELY short Power Pellet durations 4. Ghosts move FAST 5. Depressing music?

Try having 8 or 9 ghosts in one maze at the very last level in this maze with 3 or 4 of them being able to jump, plus the fact that this maze is fast paced AND the big pellets don't last long enough for me to eat most of them. It's almost impossible not to die here unless you've played the game numerous times. XDD

@RetroToledo Sadly. I was excited when I found out this would be in Pacman World 2. Only problem was I had to collect 100 tokens before I could play it, but I did it eventually. My highest score right now is over 2,300,000. ^_^

The version on the Wii you can flip the game and play this like 4 times over, however the level color palette makes it literally impossible.

@alegreman07 Seems to be typical these days for classic games to be sneaked into newer games as "unlockable content" that you have to earn enough to play, unless you don't find a cheat file out there to bypass all that.
