Not acceptable. 1. First wash thoroughly before crushing. 2 Frying Sundakkai will reduce Bitterness...the medicinal value is gone with Frying. If you don't want Bitterness better not to this vegetable. It amounts to adding Goodu in Bitter gourd another non sensible recipe.

@@JennyCooksTamil vidhai la dhanga sathhe irukku... Vidhai ya eduthuta verum sakka dhan.. Daily kuzhambu la oru kai pidi pacha sundaikkai pottu saptu parunga hemoglobin level nalla erum.. Personal experience. I will add this sundaikkai like poondu in all sambar puli kuzhambi without cutting/removing seeds..
