Hi Yini, First I thank you for the wonderful and informative video.. Its interesting and useful. My baby is 54 days old and poor in latching. I'm using nipple shield and pump as alternative. How to overcome this and when doinh this paced bottle feed, if baby cries in between should I feed her fast or what should I do.? Also how to make her to make breastfeed as the 1st choice. Wouldnt the baby gulp a lot of air and consequently wind if we feed it with half-full nipple

From what I can tell, the point is to completely fill the tip of the nipple without having gravity play a role in how much comes out. I don't think there's as much air intake as you're imagining.
